Edmonton: Mark Lindsay, the son of a former Edmonton police chief, arrested in Sep 2011, has admitted in court that he killed his ex-girlfriend, Dana Turner and stabbing an undercover RCMP officer and blinding a cellmate at a Kamloops correctional facility.
Mark alleged that he killed her because she was part of a group of serial killers that had been attempting to murder him for three years. Turner, 31, was last seen on Aug. 14, 2011. Her remains were discovered two months later outside Innisfail, Alta.
It needs to be mentioned that Turner’s mother, Wendy Yurko, has long pointed the finger at Lindsay.
Regarding attacking the RCMP officer, Lindsay said he also believed the undercover officer was trying to kill him during a road trip through B.C.
