Two killed, dozen injured in Montreal bus crash

Montreal: Two people including a woman have died,while more than dozen have been injured, two of them seriously, in a crash involving a Montreal transit bus and a car on 55th Avenue near Lindsay Avenue in the community of Dorval.

Police said two people were declared dead on the scene — a woman passenger in a BMW, and someone who was ejected from the city bus. Emergency crews have cordoned off the area.

The impact of the collision was so strong that the bus flipped on to a lawn of a commercial property.
