Cambridge Man Chad Nott Faces Voyeurism Charges

Toronto: A Cambridge man Man Chad Nott is facing multiple charges of voyeurism following his arrest on October 19, 2012.

The man was originally arrested and charged with this offence by the Halton Regional Police on July 5th 2012. At that time police were alerted by store security that the accused had been observed using a camera on his cellular telephone to look up the skirt of an unsuspecting female.

The victim had been shopping at a retail store in the Town of Milton.The accused was released after entering into a Promise to Appear and an Undertaking at that time.

Subsequent to his release the investigation was continued.This investigation included a search warrant executed on the accused’s cellular telephone and his residence.

Based on these searches more victims were discovered.The accused was arrested for these additional offences and held pending a bail hearing.
