Chad Dwayne Dacosta wanted on attempted murder charges

Hamilton: The Hamilton Police Service is seeking the assistance of the public with locating a man identified as Chad Dwayne Dacosta, who is wanted for attempt to murder charges.

Hamilton Police were called to the area of Queen St. S. on September 29, for a report of a stabbing that had just occurred.  Through investigation, it has been determined that four stabbings took place.The victims were all taken to hospital, two with serious injuries.

The Hamilton Police Service Division One Detectives continued to investigate and identified a male alleged to be involved in the stabbing incidents.

Chad Dwayne Dacosta, 22, of no fixed address, is wanted by Hamilton Police for attempt to murder charges.  He is described as male, black, 5’10”, 306 lbs, black hair, brown eyes with numerous tattoos on his body.

The police investigation is not complete and additional individuals may be charged.

The Hamilton Police Service is asking anyone who sees Dacosta to call 9-1-1 immediately.  Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
