Errol Wynter and Amber Syewart held for gun and drug charges in Mississauga

Mississauga: Street Crime Gang Unit officers have arrested a male for trafficking crack cocaine, in the Lakeshore area of Mississauga. He was found to be in possession of crack and marihuana.

The investigation resulted in a search warrant being executed at his Toronto residence, with the assistance of the Toronto Police Emergency Task Force (ETF). Inside the residence a fully loaded .40 calibre Smith and Wesson semi-automatic firearm was located, along with crack, ecstasy, and drug paraphernalia. The male suspect has a life time firearm ban from previous offences related to guns in the Peel Region.

The accused, Errol Wynter, a 35 year-old resident of Toronto is charged with numerous firearm and drug related offences. His common-law spouse, Amber Stewart, 34 years of Toronto is charged with a number of firearm related offences.

Both have been held in custody pending a Special Bail Hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
