Seth Nathaniel Wing of Royston arrested with drugs and guns

Vancouver: The Comox Valley RCMP along with the assistance of the Emergency Response Team claimed to have arrested Seth Nathaniel Wing of Royston after guns and drugs were seized during raid to his house.The discovery was made after police executed a search warrant at a home in Royston earlier this month.The RCMP located a sophisticated marihuana growing operation along with two guns.

On October 1st, 2012, the Comox Valley RCMP’s drug section attended a home in the 3900 block of Harrison Place in Royston.  During the search, marihuana was located in various stages of production throughout the home.  A semi-automatic rifle and a loaded .45 caliber handgun were also located.

“This serves as a reminder to the public that marihuana grow operations, including medicinal grow operations, often include a criminal element  and the potential of violence.”  Cpl. Paul Douglas of the Comox Valley RCMP’s drug section.

Police are reminding people, that if you observe any suspicious activity in your neighbourhood to report this to your local detachment or Crimestoppers.

Seth Nathaniel remains in custody at this time and is facing numerous charges.His next scheduled court appearnce is October 18th, 2012.
